Understanding the Basics
1. Booking & Payment

Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Bookings can be made by phone at 337-551-3251.

One-Time Cleanings: Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

Recurring Services: Weekly, biweekly, and monthly services must be prepaid in advance. Clients may purchase packages (e.g., 4 weekly cleans) to secure discounted rates and priority scheduling.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
2. Services Provided
We provide the following services:

Residential Cleaning: Standard, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out.

Commercial Cleaning: Office Cleaning.

Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Turnovers.
-
Add-Ons: Inside oven, inside refrigerator, window cleaning (accessible only), outside/garage, dish cleaning, hood range.
3. Access & Responsibilities

Clients must ensure cleaners have safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

Clients are responsible for securing valuables prior to service.
-
Clients must notify us of pets or any special instructions before service begins.
-
We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items not disclosed before service.
4. Liability

Buena Vista Cleanings carries general liability insurance.

Our responsibility is limited strictly to damages directly caused by our staff during the service.
