Understanding the Basics

1. Booking & Payment

  • Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Bookings can be made by phone at 337-551-3251.

  • One-Time Cleanings: Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

  • Recurring Services: Weekly, biweekly, and monthly services must be prepaid in advance. Clients may purchase packages (e.g., 4 weekly cleans) to secure discounted rates and priority scheduling.

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • Residential Cleaning: Standard, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out.

  • Commercial Cleaning: Office Cleaning.

  • Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Turnovers.

  • Add-Ons: Inside oven, inside refrigerator, window cleaning (accessible only), outside/garage, dish cleaning, hood range.

3. Access & Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure cleaners have safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables prior to service.

  • Clients must notify us of pets or any special instructions before service begins.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or fragile items not disclosed before service.

4. Liability

  • Buena Vista Cleanings carries general liability insurance.

  • Our responsibility is limited strictly to damages directly caused by our staff during the service.
